Addyson hanging out on the porch swing!

Day 1: Pool Party! We bought Addyson this float at Academy (by recommendation of my friend Brandie) and it is the best purchase ever! Anyone with small kids, that would encompass about 95% of you, should buy one of these when your kiddos are about 2 or so. She wore it all the time and she could get in and out of the water by herself, swim around, eat lunch, etc. all with this on! It was greatness! She is such a waterbug and loved her newfound freedom in the water!

First time Addyson saw the beach. She was so excited! She LOVED it!

The Vicari's and The Dwinell's
We have such a great time hanging out with Jennifer and Nick. Thanks guys for inviting us to go down there with you!!

Family Picture!! By the end of the vacation when Addyson saw me get my camera out she would go ahead and pose and say "Cheese Bunger!" It was funny! And yes, I meant to write B-U-N-G-E-R and not burger because that is what she would say!
Building Sand Castles with Daddy!

Addyson absolutely loved playing in the waves. By the end of the day we were all worn out from taking her out there and jumping up and down into the waves (all while holding her!). She loved the water crashing into her face. It was fun to see her love that so much! I know the picture above is super small, but it you zoom in it gives you an idea of what we were doing!
Day 3: Ryan and Nick played golf- girls hung out by pool ALL DAY! I didn't post any pics from that day because they are all pretty much the same as above!
Day 4: Boating, Beach and more Boating
We took out the "little" boat in the morning and drove to a secluded beach and played over there for a while. It was so relaxing- not a soul in sight and we all felt like we were on a little private deserted island. It was so peaceful! We drove the boat and threw in the anchor and then just hung out in the water and on the beach collecting shells and sand dollars.
Addy and Daddy driving the boat.
Paradise! Just our little boat out in the water and us!
Can you hear the ocean?
Later that afternoon we went out for ice cream!
Hello! This was Addyson looking through the balcony slats. I thought it was a sweet picture!
Later that evening, we went out on the "big" fishing boat. It was a lot of fun as well and we took a little coast tour. It is very relaxing being on the boat! Addyson liked it as well! We even climbed up the ladder during our trip and went up to the second level. The Watson's boat is super nice with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living area and kitchen and panoramic windows all the way around. I love it!
This is one of my favorite pics. Jennifer took it while we were cruising along. Don't worry- we put Addyson's life jacket right back on after this picture! It's off center a little, but I cropped it and made an 8X10 out of it. If you click on it to zoom in, you can see it a little better!
Addyson in the fighting chair. This is where you sit when you are reeling in a BIG fish!
We had such a wonderful trip and we had to come home yesterday and do laundry, bills, work, etc. No fun!! One last picture is of Addyson eating a chocolate blizzard on the way home. She did great in the car and just watched movies and talked to us!

Oh Lisa, she looks so pretty in all of these pictures. Let's take the kids to the beach every 4 months for the rest of our lives, right? They have so much fun and it is so relaxing. I think we all need it. I am glad you guys got to get away and have some down time.
These pics are precious! I'm so jealous you got to go to the beach. I think the only waves we will be hearing this summer are from Madison's noise machine!
Fern. Is. BEAUTIFUL.
How fun! Sounds like y'all had a great time. You got some sweet pictures of Addy too.
